New Lisbon wine with a chef’s flair
The acclaimed chef José Avillez has teamed up with wine maker José Bento dos Santos, at Quinta do Monte d’Oiro to co-author three new Lisbon wines. They are:

100 % Syrah , 14.5% Vol. Eight month sin oak.
+ Paisagens 2007 Red
Grapes Syrah (80%) Tinta Roriz (20%) 14% Vol Two months in oak
+ Tavares 2005 Red
100% Syrah 14.5% Vol.
